Zappos' New Strategy
I really dislike the new Zappos. The got rid of the price protection policy and the free overnight shipping.
They now offer free standard shipping and a $3.95 markup on every item.
Shoes.com offers a 115% price guarantee and better prices on all their items. We'll see how long that lasts.

Thanks for the comment. Although that explains why they got rid of the free overnight shipping and price protection, I'm not sure if it can justify the $3.95 markup on shoes.
